Once the tank wall surface has been properly prepared, stranded wire cables are secured circumferentially to the tank with turn-buckles and pre-tensioned.

Continuous vertical panels, manufactured to tank height, are hoisted into place. |

Stainless steel fasteners are looped around the cables and positioned between the flanges of adjacent panel sections. Fasteners allow the cables to expand and contract.

Installer works from a traveling stage. Scaffolding is not required. |

Careful attention is directed to the sealing of the tank appurtenances. The panels are field-fitted tightly to the appurtenances and then caulked with the proper materials.
